Red and white Pima cotton dress socks featuring a traditional Japanese pattern, with a detailed samurai warrior embroidered on the cuff in peaceful meditation.

One size fits most, comfortably accommodating US men’s shoe sizes 8-13, women’s 10+.

Construction + Fit

OVer-the-Calf style for a dressier fit. A fine mix of 65% premium Peruvian Pima cotton, 33% Nylon, and 3% Spandex.

Using 200N knitting machines to craft socks with a fine level of detail, our socks are made exclusively of "60/2" yarn, where two fine yarns are spun into a single, stronger, yarn of high quality and durability.  Added stretch molds our socks comfortably around your legs all day, with a double-wide cuff to keep socks from slouching!

Designed in-house right here in New York, and crafted to the highest quality possible in Colombia, these are socks to be proud of. We know we are!

"Seigaiha" - a Soxfords story.

The "Sei-gai-ha" is a traditional Japanese pattern of concentric half circles representing calming ocean waves endlessly lapping on shore.

"Gentlemen who stayed out all night and finished go-around on the Kichigai Kaido (Insane Street) and Nebore Kaido (Sleepy Street), look out over the clear front streets of a stillsleeping town on which brooms drew Seigaiha around gates and on which water is sprinkled…" Higuchi Ichiyo - Takekurabe (1896)
